It all began growing up in Lindale, Texas where Miranda Lambert learned to play guitar and pen songs. Real success came Miranda’s way in 2003 after her appearance on CMT’s Nashville Star- three platinum selling albums and host of industry awards are all proof that Miranda is the real thing.
Upon completion of her latest project “Four the Record” Production Manager Todd Ortmeier, a veteran of the Nashville music scene, was enlisted to get the show on the road. FoH Mixer Jason “Pone” Macalik specified a scalable Clair i-3 line array arena system supplemented by Clair i-dl line array elements for arena side coverage. The low notes were covered by the powerful and musical Clair BT-218 subs and the front rows were kept on their feet with a combination of Clair P-2 and FF-2 front fill elements. Jason is a fan of the “Midas Sound” and implements a Heritage H3000 flanked with Lexicon 990 and TC effects units for flavoring and Emprical Labs, Drawmer, XTA & BSS for dynamic control. Monitor Mixer Chris Newsom selected the Digico SD-8 to manage a stage full of Sennhieser 2050 IEM mixes.
