CLAIR ACQUIRES WIRELESS FIRST, GTO LIVE

New Division Provides Global, Packaged Options for Live Production

Lititz, PA – September 24, 2010 – Global sound reinforcement provider Clair announced today that it has reached an agreement to form a unique partnership with New York-based Wireless First, Inc. and GTO Live, Inc. The agreement took place on August 9, 2010.

Clair, Wireless First and GTO Live will work together under the newly-formed Broadcast Services Division. The new division will be managed by Shaun Clair and Kevin Sanford, founder of Wireless First and GTO Live.

“This new partnership will offer unprecedented service options for the touring, production and broadcast markets,” said Sanford. “By combining forces, we can now provide a true ‘one-stop shop’ solution for the live entertainment industry.”

Sanford founded Wireless First in 1996 and GTO Live in 2008. Wireless First specializes in wireless microphone and communications technology for television and live event production, while GTO offers full backline capabilities and services. Clients include the Tony Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, Country Music Awards, and other high-profile live televised events.

“Combining our collective expertise will not only allow us to offer a broader range of services, but also provide an opportunity to enter new markets,” said Clair. “This partnership will allow us to provide these services on a global scale while continuing our reputation for quality service and attention to detail.
