Network Field Technician

Clair Global is looking for candidates who are interested in the live entertainment industry and share our passion for innovation and unyielding customer service. A Network Field Technician builds, deploys, and maintains extensive wireless and ethernet networks. The tasks involved include troubleshooting, monitoring, and responding to ever changing client needs.

• Determine best placement of wireless access points to properly cover a specified area
• Configure and tune wireless point to multipoint links
• Install physical interconnects between nodes
• Configure and deploy switching based on event or client specific needs
• Respond to site changes and expanding scopes
• Thoroughly maintain gear in line with company standards
• Prep and de-prep gear both in the office and onsite

• Long/late hours
• Inclement and diverse environmental conditions indoors and outdoors
• Physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment and loading and packing trucks

Desired (but not necessary) Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of OSI Layers 1 and 2
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies or related field
• CompTIA Network+
• CCNA or higher Cisco certification

Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for synchronizing various managers and departments within the company at both local and global levels, managing client relations, inventory management, logistics, constantly communicating with the warehouse staff considering all company operational/engineering protocols, and constructing tour and event technical diagrams, specifications and build instructions from a concept to a fully integrated system presented to the client.

Software Engineer

Our engineering team works on advanced software systems that are pushing the limits of sound reproduction, inventory management, and audio control. We are the core team that drives all of the systems that operate Clair. We build the infrastructure from inventory management to sound reproduction technology. Our focus is on building systems that will delight our customers and have strong reliability when out on the road.

What you will work on:
-The next generation of our audio management technology
-Our proprietary Inventory management system
-Backend systems that house our live event data
-UI / UX Design of our audio display technology

-Proficient knowledge of software engineering principles and tools,
-Firm understanding of backend systems and relational database management
-Strong Knowledge of C# or ability to learn it rapidly
-Strong Knowledge of SQL Server or ability to learn it rapidly
-Self-motivated with the ability to distill ambiguity into working results
-You take ownership of your work and excel working autonomously
-You iterate quickly, fail fast, and are comfortable in a face-paced environment
-Effective communicator and willing to work cross-functionally with other engineering teams across the organization
