Operations Coordinator

Lititz, PA

Clair Global is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the team! The Operations Coordinator is responsible for synchronizing various managers and departments within the company, client relations, inventory management, logistics, updating the shop with all company operational/engineering protocols, as well as the responsibility of constructing tours from a concept on paper to a fully integrated system being presented to the client.

• Strong problem-solving skill set, analytical skills, great attention to detail, and willingness to accept the responsibility for all jobs loaded out of the warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Accurately track, manage, and utilize company owned assets
• Control/maintain inventory levels for current and future projects while ensuring the shop is operating efficiently and effectively using resources available.
• Communicate with Account Managers to obtain all client information that relates to the job at hand; ultimately organizing proposals into working job orders for the shop to complete.
• Handle multiple orders at one time, verifying that all information is correct and organized.
• Provide various departments with information and diagrams required to build orders to client specifications.
• Oversee assigned jobs from start to finish. Ensure each department follows company protocols and jobs are completed on time.
• Perform final check of orders, diagrams, and client information prior to gear loading out.
• Ensure Clair field personnel have current equipment lists, diagrams, and other necessary information required to provide world class service to our clients.

EXPERIENCE:

• Good understanding of Clair proprietary gear/policies or advanced audio/signal flow knowledge.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems

Speaker Assembly Technician

Lititz, PA

Clair Global is seeking a Speaker Assembly Technician to join the team! The Speaker Assembly Technician is responsible for working in a team environment to efficiently assemble and build speaker cabinets.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion.

• Candidates should be reliable, well organized, attentive to detail and able to meet deadlines.
• Must be a team player and effective communicator.
• Experience with power tools is preferred but not required.

Woodshop Cabinet Assembler/Technician

Lititz, PA

Clair Global is seeking a Cabinet Assembler/Technician to join the team! The Cabinet Assembler/Technician is responsible for performing at a high production level in a fast-paced woodshop environment. Collaborate with woodshop team to efficiently and accurately assemble wood speaker cabinets.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion.

• 3+ years of cabinet assembly and wood shop experience preferred.
• Mastery of common wood shop tools and equipment.
• Practical Shop Skills Assessment will be performed during interview process.
• Experience with reading and building from assembly prints.
• Familiarity with both Imperial and Metric measurement units.
• Experience in wood sanding and finishing techniques.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and experience in production work flow.
• Possess strong critical thinking skills and work independently.
• Ability to work beyond 40 hours per week if required.

Purchasing Clerk

Clair Global is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to join the team! • Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from the project team
• Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and in the event of problems trace shipments and follow up undelivered good
• Works with accounts payable department to resolve any issues between vendor invoice and purchasing / shipping and receiving
• Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action.

• Familiarity with audio electronics and consoles and how they operate
• Experience using hand tools and power tools and general assembly techniques
• Touring experience with audio systems (not necessary but add value)
• Ability to perform basic repairs to transmitters, receivers, microphones, cables, headsets, and antennas (cosmetic/missing parts) to return equipment to the shop in "like new" condition
• Previous experience (professional or amateur) with audio

Safety Specialist

Lititz, PA

Clair Global is seeking a Safety Specialist to join the team! The Safety Specialist implements, manages, and monitors safety programs, policies and procedures that meet OSHA and other applicable requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensures that the organization complies will all current safety regulations and that all employees are aware of safety requirements and are prepared to follow safety procedures.
• Ensures that all Clair facilities meet the requirements of the annual risk assessment for insurance

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to relate to various groups of internal and external customers
• High level attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to inspect equipment and buildings to assess safety risks
• The ability to develop new or enhanced safety procedures to reduce or eliminate safety risks
• The ability to conduct in-house safety trainings
• Travel between company locations is required

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Work with insurance company auditors to meet as many risk assessment requirements as possible in all company locations
• Conduct safety inspections and make recommendations for improvements
• Order PPE supplies
• Conduct shop safety trainings: new employee safety, forklift, aerial lift, fall arrest, work at heights, OSHA 30 – construction, OSHA 10
• Administer company DOT program
• Point of contact for injury reporting by shop and road staff
• Conduct accident investigations and work with Human Resources on documenting workers compensation claims

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in occupational health/safety or another related field
• 2-4 years of professional safety experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
• Thorough understanding of governmental safety regulations and industry safety standards
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and tools
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
