Hard Rock Casino - Northern Indiana

Project Overview

• Installed a 2,000-seat live performance venue complete with audio, lighting, rigging and staging systems

• Installed and commissioned Casino AV system including Triple Play IPTV distribution, and Q-Sys audio and control interfaces

• Engineered consultant design drawings to fabrication grade

• Fabricated ten AV racks (four in the MDF and two each in three IDF rooms) at our facility in Lititz, PA

• Coordinated electrical contractor and low-voltage cable contractor work

• Managed field installation of AV systems using local Union labor

• Coordinated all network connections and configurations with Hard Rock IT

• Programmed, tested and commissioned all systems on site

CHALLENGE

Hard Rock is known for their aggressive schedules, which is always a challenge, but the global pandemic and ensuing supply chain issues amplified this challenge to a new level, with some back orders stretching to six months or more.

SOLUTION

Clair Global Integration (CGI) met these challenges on several fronts, including utilizing a long-standing partnership with manufacturers, distributors and retailers which enabled our team to reach out into dozens of warehouses in search of the specified products. Our engineering experience facilitated the finding of suitable substitutions for product that was simply unavailable in the specified time frame. Additionally, an extensive worldwide rental inventory enabled us to fill in with temporary replacements while waiting for purchase orders to be filled.
